Escale is a gourmet restaurant in the Grand Hôtel in Sète. As there are very
few gourmet restaurants in Sète this is something special. The chef Pascal
Hemnet creates a combination of modern versions of traditional Mediterranean
food and the modern molecular kitchen.
At a few
special occasions we have visited the restaurant and have always been very
pleased with the service and the fantastic food. It was here we first came in
contact with molecular cooking and found it very exciting.
The
restaurant is housed in the beautiful Grand Hotel and the view over the canals
in Sète is really nice.
