Sometimes you want to eat something different and it is not a lot of choice of ethnic food outside the big cities in France. We have a couple of times visited the little Spanish/Mexican restaurant Le Cottage in the center of Narbonne. For someone who is used to real Mexican food it does not have the right character – it is not at all hot. You can look at it as a French version of Mexican and the quality of the food is good and the prizes reasonable. We had two different fajitas – one with beef and one with chicken. Both were very good - the meat tender and the chicken juicy. We could however have shared one between us – it was plenty.WEB:
